Even though the Japanese version of Ragnarok Origin is currently in pre-registration, lucky players will be play the game in its pre-experience event. Similar to a closed beta, a limited number of players will be able to try the game out for a limited time.
Initially, only 10,000 players were allowed to take part in this pre-experience event. However, that number has been increased to 20,000, with 10,000 participants on iOS devices and 10,000 participants on Android devices. Furthermore, the duration of the event has increased to 22nd April 2021 (Thursday), 11.59 pm JST.
Just like a closed beta test, progress will be wiped once the pre-experience event. Naturally, players will also be unable to make any in-app purchases throughout the session as well.
Note that for those who made are able to take part in the Ragnarok Origin pre-experience event, deleting the app during the duration of this event will result in not being able to reinstall the game. Ragnarok Origin first launched in South Korea back in June last year. It was able to rack up a whopping 1.46 million pre-registrations.
