Ubisoft announces a free-to-play strategy RPG for the Assassin’s Creed franchise recently. Namely Assassin’s Creed Rebellion, the game will be available worldwide on iOS and Android devices soon.
Assassin’s Creed Rebellion will bring you back to the 15th century’s Spain with a new artistic direction in presenting the familiar Assassins. You will be able to build your own Assassin Brotherhood, manage a fortress and engage in covert missions against the Templars. Famous Assassins including Ezio, Aguilar and Machiavelli along with more than 20 new characters exclusively created for the game will be available to recruit by collecting their DNA fragments.
You can also train your Assassins and craft items or equipment. Your fortress will serve as a base of operations, where you will form a team of 3 Assassins to take part in various infiltration missions. Characters (or Assassins) come with their unique skills, and since it is a strategy game, different combinations of characters do make an impact in completing missions.
The game is currently in development with no actual release date yet.
