Upcoming live stream for The Idolmaster: Starlit Season, called Starlit Report 2, will feature scenes of live in-game performances, according to Famitsu.
The Idolmaster YouTube channel scheduled the live stream to be at 7 pm JST, on 17th January 2021. Starlit Report 2 will reveal news, progress updates and in-game footage of the game.
The second edition of Starlit Report has different The Idolmaster voice actresses appearing as guests. They are:
- Manami Numakura (voice of Hibiki Ganaha from The Idolmaster)
- Hiromi Igarashi (voice of Anzu Futaba from The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls)
- Haruka Yamazaki (voice of Mirai Kasuga from The Idolmaster: Million Live)
- Ryoko Maekawa (voice of Tenka Osaki from The Idolmaster: Shiny Colors)
In addition, the hosts of Starlit Report 2 are Yozo Sakagami, General Producer of The Idolmaster series and Hayato Kutaragi, the Producer of The Idolmaster: Starlit Season.
The game was initially set to launch in 2020, but had to be delayed due to COVID-19. Currently, Starlit Season will launch in Japan sometime in 2021 for PC and PlayStation 4. For the time being, there is no mention of a western release.
