In a recent video trailer announcement on the 26th of August, a Witcher AR Mobile Game titled The Witcher: Monster Slayer made by the newest addition to the CD Projekt Red Capital Group that focuses on mobile projects called Spokko.
In this video trailer, the player will act as a Witcher to hunt down the many monsters set in the dark realms of The Witcher. Said in a press release by CD Projekt Red, “The Witcher: Monster Slayer will be set before the The Witcher games.”
The game will be featuring console-grade visuals and with gigantic, life-sized monsters and players will get to explore the world around them while tracking, studying and fighting monsters both new and familiar. The game will also feature a real-world time cycle alongside real-life weather so that players can use that mechanic to gain the upper hand during combat.
Players will have to brew potions and oil, craft bombs alongside monster bait as well as upgrading your character to take down these beasts with a first-person AR combat system.
