Bury Me, My Love tells story of a Syrian refugee

Bury Me, My Love is an upcoming text-message-based game based on a Le Monde.fr story, which Dana, a young Syrian woman fled her country for Germany. The main character named Nour decided to leave war-torn-Syria for Europe, with hopes of a better life. You will be playing as Nour’s husband, Majd who stays back in Syria but helps his wife on the journey with a messaging app.The game takes place in pseudo-realtime. You will only be able to communicate with Nour via WhatsApp, sending only text messages, emojis, pics and selfies. You will also be asked to for advice or make important choices, which will affect her mood, her budget and your relationship with her.Apparently, the games will not be fun and trivial, but it will leave the player to keep pondering after it is over. Bury Me, My Love is estimated for release on iOS and Android in June 2017.
