Mark Correia, a Toronto YouTube comedian has been charged for trespassing on subway tracks to film his Pokémon GO video back in July.
The Toronto Transit Committee (TTC) charged Mark with “unauthorized access of subway tracks,” and is to pay a fine of $425 (about RM 1,700). TTC head Brad Ross said it is a public safety concern and is doing so to prevent others from trying the same thing.
This is not the first time people have got into trouble playing Pokémon GO. Japanese Olympics Gymnast was charged a hefty sum of RM 20,000 on his phone bill from playing Pokémon GO.
