Having first soft-launched in select regions, CrossFire: Warzone is now available globally for Android and iOS platforms. CrossFire first began life as a military FPS akin to the Counter-Strike games by Valve. This time around, developer JOYCITY is opting for a top-down strategy title.
As a commander of an army, you are tasked with reclaiming cities that currently under control of a terrorist group armed with advanced weaponry. You yourself are able to even the odds with a deadly arsenal of weaponry of your own to dominate the battlefield. The usual strategy game tasks need to be carried out, and they include base building and unit training. There is also a roster of 25 heroes that you will be able to recruit to join your cause and bolster your army even further. Furthermore, the game lets you form alliances with other users in order to partake in city takeovers.
