Witch’s House to get mobile remake

The Witch’s House is a freeware, horror, puzzle-oriented game by Fummy, as made in RPG Maker VX, which will be making its way to mobile devices. The description provided by vgperson, who translated the original free title, is as follows:

The young Viola visits a mysterious house in the woods.
She soon discovers its dangerous nature and must find a way out.
But the house is ever-changing, and death could be lurking anywhere…

The game is also available remastered on Steam, as The Witch’s House MV, published by DANGEN Entertainment at $15 or your regional equivalent. The mobile The Witch’s House will be remastered by GOODROID, which despite the Japanese screenshots, it will apparently only be available in English. According to the game’s Apple App Store page, it will be available 19 May 2020. You can find the Google Play version here.

Interested players can preorder the game now and wait until it launches. New features will be available in the mobile version, including a “double speed mode” where you can play through the story at a higher difficulty setting once you’ve cleared the game. The Witch’s House is notorious for having a lot of methods of death, so it’ll be interesting to see how this goes.
