A New Chapter in The Division Franchise, and a New Map in Lower Manhattan
Go on the ultimate manhunt for Aaron Keener, a former Agent gone rogue. He and his network of Rogue Agents have become a major threat to the burgeoning rebirth of civilization. Tracking down Keener will require Agents to roam the untamed living open-world of Lower Manhattan, a former Dark Zone hit by a devastating hurricane that struck New York City harder than anywhere else in the US.
Set 8 months after the events of the first game, Agents are tasked to explore 4 new named zones, each crafted at a 1:1 New York scale including Two Bridges, Civic Center, Battery Park and Financial District. Agents need to track down and take on each of Keener’s Rogue Agents before confronting the man himself, each having their own unique back story and giving a new skill once taken down.
The Introduction of Seasons and Return of Global Events
A new post-launch philosophy will be applied to The Division 2 Warlords of New York. Seasons are a 3-month-long themed endgame event, featuring its own narrative-driven mini campaign with a new main target and connecting network to track down. New gameplay experiences and stories with corresponding rewards will be available with each Season, the first starting 10 March.
Besides the Seasonal Manhunt, there will also be new in-game activities. Leagues are a series of challenges for players, providing opportunities to unlock rewards based on player ability to complete them. Global Events return, with time-limited in-game events applying a global modifier to the entire game and rewarding players completing specific tasks.
Grow your Season Level to unlock rewards when you participate in seasonal activities or just by playing the game. Get the Season Pass for even more rewards! The first Season Pass will be free to all players of the expansion. Learn more here.

Some of the most powerful loot will only be found in the Dark Zones. All loot is contaminated and must be extracted, ensuring for higher risk and reward gameplay interactions at the extraction zones.
The level cap will also increase in The Division 2 Warlords of New York, from Level 30 to Level 40. There will be an infinite progression system dubbed SHD Levels and 4 new skills usable throughout the game: The Decoy, Shock Trap and two variants of the Sticky Bomb Launcher, so the game doesn’t just stop there. Expansion owners can also access new gear and weapons, including Exotics.
