Half-Life series available to play for free

The Half-Life series is available to play for free for a limited time! This is to celebrate Half-Life: Alyx which will be releasing in March, delays pending. All games in the Half-Life Collection are free to play for Steam users until the VR game launches!

Half-Life: Alyx is set before the events of Half-Life 2 and its related episodes. It does share characters and story elements, though. The original announcement post from the Half-Life Alyx team mentions their belief of “the best way to enjoy the new game is to play through the old ones”. Now, it’s so much easier to play through this iconic series. Play as much as you want until Alyx releases.
