Visions of N’Zoth shudders through World of Warcraft

Do you see them, those Visions of N’Zoth, now live and writing before your eyes? Azeroth’s last known Old God was released from his prison during the raid on Queen Azshara’s Eternal Palace. Now, the champions of the Alliance and the Horde within World of Warcraft will face the hour of corruption and reckoning…

The Battle of Azeroth’s story is brought to its epic conclusion in the expansion’s final content update. A new raid in N’Zoth’s domain of Ny’alotha is open to you, along with new Assaults upon Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, instanced Horrific Visions of Azeroth’s twisted future, quality-of-life changes, new Allied races and more!

The two new Allied races are the Vulpera and the Mechagnomes! The Vulpera will be providing their aid to the Horde, while the Alliance will join forces with the Mechagnomes. You’ll need to fulfill certain requirements in order to make a character of your own of these races, details of which you can read here.

There will be, of course, the new raid bosses in Ny’alotha, the Waking City. At the conclusion of this raid, it’ll be setting up for the next major expansion in Shadowlands. 12 bosses with four levels of difficulty, along with new achievements, are yours to tackle. Read all about it here.

Players will now be able to create Pandaren and Allied Race Death Knights! While Pandaren have no requirements, other Allied Races will need to fulfill certain conditions beforehand. Players will also need to have pre-purchased Shadowlands. Details are available here.

There’ll be new gear too! To face N’Zoth, players will need “pure corruption”, to craft the legendary robe Ashjra’kamas, Shroud of Resolve. As you upgrade the Shroud, it will gain more and more power to help you fight against the horrors of the Old God. Learn more about obtaining the Shroud here.

Last but not least are “Horrific Visions”, a one to five man challenge. You’ll be able to see a glimpse of the future N’Zoth has created not just for Orgrimmar, but also Stormwind. Characters will have their sanity assaulted as they brave the corruption within. With more knowledge of the horrors, you’ll be able to strengthen your defenses to delve further into the Horrific Visions for even more rewards.
