Deemo 2 announced

Deemo 2 has been announced, which one could assume to be a direct sequel to the original Deemo. There is also Deemo Reborn, with Playstation 4 / Playstation VR as its platform. The original Deemo was first released on mobile platforms, so 2 is likely to make its way there at some point.

Right now, Rayark Games have only released a teaser trailer which you can see above. From its imagery, “rain” and “flowers” seem to be the focus for the game. Deemo the first featured a girl named Alice, who fell down a hole. A mysterious creature with the titular name Deemo helps her to return to her own world, playing the piano and growing a tree sprouting from the piano.

The teaser gives us a glimpse at another child, seemingly running towards a massive monster, perhaps breaking out of the building they are running to. Trains presumably also play some kind of role, some journey of sorts. You can enjoy the piano music featured in the trailer as well, the returning style of the game.

We can speculate all we want about the game, but for now, there’s no platform announced, much less a release date. You can check out its website here.
