Dragon & Colonies to end service in February 2020

LEVEL-5 has just announced that its mobile RPG Dragon & Colonies will be terminating its services on 17 February 2020. Bear in mind that the game first came out on 18 June 2019, so this is a rather abrupt end. Many criticisms were levied against it, particularly with its balancing. Unfortunate however as the game actually went through a refresh of sorts.

But first, to first reiterate what the game is about. DraColo takes place in a highly competitive esports world, where many aspire to become pros through the Dragon & Colonies game. The hero is no exception and you will help him reach for the pinnacle. You will be joined by multiple party members, and UR characters have their unique scenarios for you to get to know them better.

The developers expressed their gratitude to all the players who have enjoyed and supported the game during small window of time in its official announcement. To add on,  the decision was made because the team does not foresee itself being able to provide the best possible experience to users moving forward. With regards to the in-game currency, it can be used until the game service ends, and players will not be able to purchase it after 19 December 2019. Users can also seeks refunds for crystals already paid for.
