Blade 2 is a mobile action RPG that is developed by Korean company Action Square. Recently they have revealed a new trailer during the annual Game Developers Conference (GDC), showcasing some of the in-game action.
Here’s the new trailer that was shown during the GDC:
For those who do not know, Blade 2 is a sequel to Blade: Sword of Elysion which is now defunct. This time, Blade 2 is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and they are looking for publishers in China and the global market. The game is also equipped with the Vulkan API which provides the graphic performance with a more balanced CPU/GPU usage on mobiles.
As seen in the trailer, there are combo skills introduced in the game which enables players to get into a variety of action fighting monsters. There are also quick time events and PVP modes to provide some competitive gaming among players with their insane combos. While the game is pretty much complete, Action Square is still looking for publishers and hopes to be able to launch Blade 2 within this year.
