The Microsoft Xbox conference really gave us a lot of mind-blowing surprises. Among them would be the announcement that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be available next year in 2020. It will be playable on the Xbox One and PS4 consoles, as well as on PC.
Originally known as “Dragon Ball Game Project Z”, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is going to be a retelling of the Dragon Ball Z story using a game format. The trailer above shows that the game will cover the story from the first arrival of the Saiyans to the Planet Namek arc.
You will get to play as Goku, otherwise known as Kakarot, and experience the world of Dragon Ball once more. Developed by CyberConnect2, this game’s will have the following key features:
- Experience the story of Dragon Ball Z from epic events to light-hearted side quests, including never-before-seen story moments that answer some burning questions of Dragon Ball lore for the first time!
- Play through iconic Dragon Ball Z battles on a scale unlike any other. Fight across vast battlefields with destructible environments and experience epic boss battles that will test the limits of your combat abilities. Increase your power level and rise to the challenge!
