Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming has officially arrived as a licensed browser game

Yoozoo Games has recently announced the official global launch of Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming. Instead of a sole mobile version like we previously reported, it will come as an official licensed browser game under Warner Bros. and HBO. It’s a real-time strategy adventure game based on the Emmy award-winning popular US television show, Game of Thrones.

The Seven Kingdoms of Westeros has been recreated as an immersive multiplayer world as players will either start off as a new Westeros lord or lady following the death of Eddard Stark. Players are tasked to seize the Iron Throne but before that, they have to set out on their own respective journeys first. Building a stronghold and gathering a strong army, whatever it takes to obtain the Iron Throne through power, knowledge, money and influence.

Familiar characters can also be found in the game and you can even join forces with them in your quest to reach the ultimate goal. Each of them has their own unique skills, army and followers so make sure you choose your allies wisely in order to suit your needs.

You can also invite your friends to join you and build a strong army together to dominate other Westeros lords. Should you achieve the position of the Iron Throne, you will be able to do whatever you want as the ruler of the Seven Kingdoms such as adding your own architectural features and upgrades. 30 types of terrains and weather conditions are there for you to explore to your heart’s content.

At some stages of the game, you will get to rewatch the best moments from the series and experience the whole story again. A variety of hidden storylines are available in those PvE missions so make sure you unlock them to make the game more interesting. Also, battle progressions mostly guarantee valuable rewards.
