Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin launches globally for mobile devices

It is official, Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin has finally launched globally for iOS and Android users. Players who have pre-registered before this can now head to their respective app stores to download the game.

By WonderPlanet Inc. and Square Enix, Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin is the newest entry into the Valkyrie Profile series which began two decades ago. The game, which is a fantasy RPG based on Norse-mythology, will focus on the origin story of Battle Maiden Lenneth Valkyrie. Familiar Heroes, Gods and other Battle Maidens such as Odin, Lenneth, Frey, Silmeria and Arngrim, alongside some brand new characters will be in the mix.

As Battle Maiden Lenneth Valkyrie prepares for Ragnarok, the final war between the opposing Gods, she was tasked by Odin, the king of all Gods, to extract the souls of those pitiful heroes to take part in the war as Einherjar. As the conflict drags on, she slowly grows fond of mortal men and begins to understand their way of life. Things should be changed as she sets out on a quest to fight for a brighter future for all beings.

For those who have played previous titles of the series, you will get used to the game in no time thanks to the familiar style and combo-centric battle system. Furthermore, to celebrate the global release, the game is handing out The Legendary Battle Maiden Valkyrie: “Lenneth F”, as well as Gems, weapons, and other items that grant XP to all players.
