Dead Or Alive Mobile Version In The Making In Taiwan

Cayenne’s Ark, a Taiwanese mobile gaming studio has announced Dead or Alive M (temporary title). The game studio had gotten the rights of the popular IP from Koei Tecmo to recreate the game onto the mobile. Also, the game will be releasing in Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong in Quarter 2, 2019.

DEAD OR ALIVE (DOA) first appeared in 1996 on the arcades and was later ported onto the Sega Saturn. It is a fast-pace 3D fighting game series developed by Team Ninja. With the success of DOA, new works of the game continues to appear on different platforms like PS, PS4, Xbox and more. Till today, an era where games can be played on mobile phones.

Dead or Alive M is said to take place after the story of DOA 5, where the organization of MIST is disbanded following the defeat of PHASE-4. After defeating PHASE-4, a mini black hole opens up and swallows Kasumi into a parallel world. A world where PHASE-4 has being successfully mass-produced and became a symbol that struck fear into citizens. Additionally, Kasumi is told by Lisa the scientist that for her to return back to her original world, she will have to resolve this incident.
