Summoners War animated short film is out

Summoners War as we know it, is a really cute mobile turn-based strategy massively multiplayer online game which calls upon spirits through scrolls to fight with you in which they are categorized into 5 different elements – fire, water, wind, light and dark. Here is their previous TV commercial which has been viewed for over 66 MILLION times:

This popular mobile game is about to take things up a notch by coming out with an animated TV show. Back in 2017, Robert Kirkman, who is the creator of The Walking Dead along with his crew mentioned collaborating with Com2uS to expand Summoners War outside the gaming community. They are coming out with original comics and animation. Today, I am pleased to share the first animated short film of Summoners War with all of you:

However, good news does not just stop there. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chris “Doc” Wyatt and Kevin Burke have both been hired to write and produce the animated short film for Summoners War. The duo had previously collaborated on animated shows like the Avengers Assemble and Spider-Man.
