In the unlikeliest of interactions, the heads of Tesla and Razer have been conversing on Twitter on the possibility of working on some kind of project together.
When Min-Liang Tan, CEO for Razer, tweeted out its upcoming Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore, he mentioned having a keen interest to test out a solar/battery outfit for the building. Elon Musk interjected and said that he will connect Razer with Tesla Energy.
How this will turn out remains to be seen since interactions online are not in any way binding. Furthermore, it is interesting to note that the Singapore government has been less than supportive of Tesla, as electric vehicles are not particularly given any sort of support in the country. Instead, we are probably more likely to see Razer‘s influence in Tesla’s products in the future, such as an electric sports car that is decked out in Razer liveries.
