KLab Inc has added real world players Roberto Carlos, Morientes and Guti into their football simulation game, Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team. The release coincides with the game’s 1st anniversary of global launch.
Created by Yoichi Takahashi as a Japanese manga, Captain Tsubasa focuses on football (or soccer) in Japan. Since premiering in Weekly Shounen Jump in 1981, the manga has inspired and delighted countless football fans around the world. Despite the end of the serialization, the franchise continued to grow with the focus on the development of Tsubasa Ozora. Currently, the series is still thriving with Captain Tsubasa Rising Sun appearing in Grand Jump.
The new characters will be available for a limited time only. Players can obtain them from the limited Transfer World Football Legends: Los Galaticos. Football fans may recognize the name of the Transfer as the nickname of Spanish club, Real Madrid. All 3 limited players have played for the Spanish giant at some point in their career. Each character fulfills the same role that had in their career. For example, Roberto Carlos in-game hold the position of defender, the same he had in his real career.
In this special Transfer, players can perform a free 10 Transfer after the third step (three 10 Transfers). Each 10 Transfer provides players with extra rewards such as Black Balls (SSR) and Legendary Drills. These items help power up the characters in game.
