IDOLA Phantasy Star Saga now available in Japan

As scheduled, Sega has launched its new Phantasy Star mobile title – IDOLA Phantasy Star Saga in Japan today. The game is part of the project to celebrate the 30th-anniversary commemoration of the Phantasy Star series. It features a command-based battle system, you will be able to command a squad of 4 characters, then tap to release the character skills strategically in a battle to clear the stages.

Set in the war-ravaged land of Vandoll, the mobile game tells a story where people spend their day protecting the land by chasing out the mysterious, huge monsters – Idola using swords and magic. However, the god of destruction “Dark Farce” which is sealed long ago is resurrecting back to the land. You will need to stop Dark Farce’s resurrection, as well as discovering the true nature of the Idola that descended from Dark Farce.
