Marvelous Europe has announced that Fate/EXTELLA LINK will be released in Q1 of 2019 in Europe and Australia. The game will be available on the PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC via Steam.
In addition, Marvelous Europe announced two special limited edition versions for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch. They are titled Emperor of Paladins Edition and Joyeuse Edition. Both contain a plethora of collector items for fans.
Alongside the game, the Joyeuse Edition comes with a soundtrack CD, a pack of 10 collectible cards depicting each new Servant, a 43.1cm by 60.9cm cloth poster and a 7.6cm by 11.4cm acrylic diorama. On the other hand, the Emperor of Paladins Edition includes the same content and a beautiful set of “Holy Tile of the Moon” Mahjong tiles featuring characters from the Fate/EXTELLA franchise.
Fate/EXTELLA LINK continues directly after the previous installment, Fate/Extella The Umbral Star. The sequel adds 10 new servants, increasing the roster to 26. In this game, players will battle through armies of enemies throughout the virtual world of SE.RA.PH. Furthermore, players on the PS4 and Nintendo Switch can participate in a four-on-four battle online. Additionally, players have a base camp where they can freely explore and bond with their servants.
A digital and physical version of the game will be available for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch. On the other hand, the PS Vita will only receive a digital version. Publishing partner XSEED Games will release the worldwide digital version for PC via Steam. The Joyeuse Edition
