Just recently, there were two Nintendo titles – ‘Mario VS Donkey Kong’ and ‘The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks’ that were trademarked for future projects that are subjected for ‘program for home video game machine’, ‘downloadable video game program’ and ‘program for smartphone’. Both of these titles that were trademarked may not necessarily come to mobile in the near future but the ‘program for smartphone’ makes it a possibility nonetheless.
The two titles were last seen released for the Nintendo DS. However with Nintendo having them trademarked, they could be preparing them for a new sequel that will be available on the Nintendo Switch or on mobile as well. We are unsure if it will be a new title or just a remastered version but let’s wait it out and see if it is true.
