Reality Clash is a game by Reality Gaming Group that brings us an Augmented Reality FPS (First Person Shooter) on the mobile. Touted to be the first one ever on mobile, the game will allow you to duel with players as you look at your phone and shoot the player. You can even use your surroundings to use as cover!
As you roam around in the AR world, it uses real-time GPS to pin point your location as you look for other players nearby to duel with. You can choose your weaponry in your arsenal and battle it out in your real-world environment. You tap your phone to shoot and as you crouch or lean-over, the player through the AR lens would also follow suit and crouch or lean-over.
Of course, this might seem silly if you were playing out in the open and it might be dangerous as well as you might bump into people or cause an accident. So be sure to play responsibly and also be aware of your surroundings. Looking at the capability of this AR game, we’re bound to have competitive AR FPS that could replace traditional paint-ball, no? That’s the future and we’re all looking forward to that!
Not just that! The guns in there are purchasable using RCC (Reality Clash Coins) which are crypto-currency. In the Armoury, you can purchase weapons and skins with the applicable crypto-coins and even trade them off. You can also profit from trading as the coins can be exchanged for cash. If you’re into crypto-currency, you’ll probably know what’s all these about but if you don’t, you can check out the video below:
If you are interested, you can visit their official site and pre-register for their Beta Test now. Unfortunately as usual, the Beta test will only be available for Android devices only and there’s no official date yet so we’ll have to wait for it.
