Digimon: Encounter – 3D Digimon RPG now starts pre-registration in China

A lot of Digimon-themed mobile games such as Digimon Links and Digimon ReArise have launched on the market recently, but apparently the fever doesn’t stop there. During the recent ChinaJoy 2018, Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that they will be working with Momo Game to publish a new Digimon mobile RPG – Digimon: Encounter (translated from 数码宝贝: 相遇) in China!

Digmon: Encounter will be a turn-based RPG in full 3D that features over 200 Digimons including WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon, Dukemon and Seraphimon. But of course, you will need to summon them in order to add them to your team. There will be an exclusive Digimon for the game too (you can find it in the trailer)!

Judging from the screenshots, you can walk around freely on the map, while a battle starts when you encounter an enemy on the map. There will be a home system where you can build and customize your home as well. You can also expect co-op gameplay and some competitive PvP modes.

The game has opened pre-registration on their official site, however you will need a China mobile number to register. Nonetheless, you can still check out the official site for more information about the game.
