Last week, SNK and Netmarble have announced an official release date for their upcoming action RPG The King of Fighters All-Star which it falls on 26 July, as well as an early-access pre-opening 2 days prior. The game is now out in Japan as promised, and you can play the pre-opening while waiting for its official service to launch on 26 July.
To recap, The King of Fighters All-Star is a mobile ARPG with the appearance of iconic Fighters from The King of Fighters ’94 to The King of Fighters XIII. You can perform the flashy super moves and exciting combo action easily with its easy-to-use controls, while an original story and characters specially created for The King of Fighters All-Star will be featured too.
Although the official service is not live yet, the pre-opening allows you to access all the in-game content and claim your pre-registration rewards. You will be able to carry your progress or data from the pre-opening to the official service, but noted that you might face several maintenances or be required to update multiple times before the game is officially live 2 days later.
