Professor Layton and the Curious Village EXHD for Smartphone anounced

Sometime in June 2018, Professor Layton and the Curious Village EXHD for Smartphone will be released for the mobile platforms namely Android and iOS devices in Japan for JPY 1,200, according to its developer Level-5.

As noted earlier, Professor Layton and the Curious Village EXHD for Smartphone is essentially a high-definition remaster of the same game on the Nintendo DS, featuring higher resolution graphics and new animations that were not included in the original release. After several successful releases on the mobile, it does not come as much surprise that the developer would release older games as remasters to appease fans. Should the reception for this prove good, expect actual new games in the pipeline.
