This second beta test aims to improve the online experience ahead of the game’s full release on April 24. Players will have access to nine playable characters, including the new addition of fan-favorite grappler Tizoc, who wasn’t available in previous tests.
The beta will feature multiple gameplay modes, including online options such as Ranked Match, Casual Match, and Room Match, as well as offline modes like Training, Classic Versus, and Tutorial. Players can access four different stages: Bar “Street Stars,” Training, Training Ground, and Universal Arena. Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves boasts a distinctive art style and introduces the innovative REV System to enhance gameplay excitement. The game offers two control schemes designed to accommodate both newcomers and veteran players of the fighting genre.

In addition to Tizoc, the playable character roster in the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves beta includes Hotaru Futaba, Jenet, Kain R. Heinlein, Mai Shiranui, Preecha, Rock Howard, Terry Bogard, and Vox Reaper. The full version of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is scheduled for release on April 24 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC via both Steam and Epic Games Store.
