Steam Winter Sale Now Live with Massive Discounts

The highly anticipated Steam Winter Sale 2024 has kicked off on December 19, offering PC gamers substantial discounts across thousands of titles until January 2, 2025. This year’s winter sale features some of the deepest price cuts of the year, making it an opportune time for players to expand their gaming libraries.

Notable AAA titles seeing significant discounts include Elden Ring at $36 (40% off), Final Fantasy 16 at $37 (26% off), and Street Fighter 6 at $30 (50% off). Budget-conscious gamers can find exceptional value with several acclaimed titles available for under $10, including Mass Effect Legendary Edition at $5, Hollow Knight at $7, and It Takes Two at $8.

Some of the most remarkable deals include Need for Speed Heat Deluxe Edition and Assassin’s Creed Origins, both available for under $7, marking discounts of up to 95% off their original prices. Popular titles like Cyberpunk 2077 ($27) and God of War Ragnarök ($48) are also available at reduced prices.

The sale features additional engagement opportunities for Steam users. Players can earn Winter Sale stickers by exploring their Discovery Queue up to three times throughout the sale period. The Steam Awards voting is also open until December 31, with 11 categories available for user participation. Each vote earns players a Steam Awards sticker.

Steam has also launched new seasonal content in the Points Shop, including a winter-themed badge, special sale items, and new profile backgrounds. The Points Shop now features improved filtering based on users’ ignored Store tags, enhancing the shopping experience.
