Monument Valley goes free on Android

Game developer ustwo has just made its mobile puzzle game Monument Valley for Android free for some inexplicable reason. iOS users wondering if the deal extends to them, should know that it is not.

If you have not played Monument Valley, there is no better time than now.  The game is being acclaimed as one of the finest puzzle game for the mobile platform right now. The premise is simple, you help a mysterious character navigate around the world through tapping.

You will be able to tilt and twist the environment to create new pathways for the character to walk across. There is however imminent danger in the form of hostile beings, and while your character will not be able to fend off against the enemies, you can however as the player prevent the enemies from reaching your character through the same methods prescribed earlier.
