S Tier – These characters are some of the best in the game, and generally excel at fulfilling their role in most scenarios and are highly recommended to build.
A Tier – Excellent batch of characters, only falling slightly behind the S-tier units, and can play well in most content.
B Tier – Still worth the investment and can be pretty solid in certain teams or circumstances.
C Tier – Situational. May not be worth the investment due to limited usage.
D Tier – Very situational. Not recommended unless under a specific scenario.

S Tier
Ming	Can gain armor by simply hitting your targets and gain max armor instantly when the ultimate is active.
Michele	Beginner-friendly agent with easy-to-control AR. All abilities reveal enemies, with Pawtector forcing enemies to waste shots on it.
Fuchsia	Wallhack abilities that reveal enemies and boost gun fire rate.
A Tier
Flavia	Close-range fighter with SMG. Can become temporarily invincible to reposition.
Reiichi	Creates one-way shield - you can shoot through it, enemies can't.
Audrey	LMG specialist with deployable shield while aiming. Ultimate gives grenade rounds.
Celestia	Simple gun with armor healing for self and team.
Meredith	Site control expert. Can slow and damage enemies, create smoke screens.
Maddelena	Tracks enemies through footprints. Abilities reveal and damage enemies.
B Tier
Kokona	Strong healer held back by difficult-to-use sniper rifle.
Nobunaga	Uses DMR with high damage. Abilities reveal enemies and boost fire rate.
Lawine	Good recon character but ultimate prevents weapon use.
Bai Mo	Shotgun user who can dash-reload. Ultimate gives second life.
Yvette	Defensive specialist with deployable bear that freezes area. Vulnerable during bear control.
C Tier
Kanami	Sniper with basic recon abilities. Other agents do her job better.
