Dynasty Warriors: Origins Demo Drops November 22

Fans of the iconic Dynasty Warriors series have exciting news to celebrate—a free demo for Dynasty Warriors: Origins is launching on November 22. Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force are offering players an early taste of the series’ intense Musou action ahead of the full game’s January 17, 2025 release.

The demo features the Battle of Sishui Gate, an enhanced version of the Tokyo Game Show 2024 build. This updated demo provides a more substantial and challenging experience with new gameplay elements and no time limits. Whether you’re a seasoned warrior or a newcomer, adjustable difficulty settings ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Players can wield one of four weapon types—Sword, Guandao, Pudao, or Wheels—and customize their arts, gems, and accessories. But tread carefully, as Lu Bu, the franchise’s infamous battlefield menace, makes his mark in this battle.

Both the demo and full game are PS5 Pro Enhanced, utilizing PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution for sharper visuals and smoother frame rates.

Pre-orders for Dynasty Warriors: Origins also begin on November 22. Early buyers will receive the exclusive Nameless Warrior Garb, a crossover costume from Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
