The reboot will feature enhanced graphics and introduce new story elements while building upon the original Science Adventure series title. MAGES. has confirmed that original character designer huke will return to the project, ensuring artistic continuity with the classic version.
STEINS;GATE, which first debuted on Xbox 360 in Japan on October 15, 2009, has since found its way to multiple platforms including PC, PlayStation consoles, and Nintendo Switch. The series has garnered significant success, spawning multiple anime adaptations including STEINS;GATE and Steins;Gate 0, both currently available on Crunchyroll.

The original game follows a group of individuals who discover the ability to send text messages to the past, only to find themselves in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game with SERN, an organization conducting its own time travel research.
