Riot Games, The Studio Behind League of Legends Announced Golden Spatula To Arrive in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore!

Riot Games, the world’s leading game developer and publisher has announced that their pre-registration is now going live for Golden Spatula, the League of Legends (LoL) auto-battler strategy game for mobile devices, which had started today in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Players in these regions can pre-register for Golden Spatula over at the official website.

In Golden Spatula, players need to fully utilize their intellect to recruit LoL champions from a random pool and form the best lineup to win their matchups. They can empower their lineup by starring-up (level up) their champions, gearing them with various items including the powerful golden spatula itself. In each match, eight players use their battle formations to engage in one-on-one combat, continuously eliminating each other until the final victorious player is left standing.

• • We’ve heard a demand from players across Southeast Asia that they’ve wanted to play Golden Spatula since its release in China 3 years ago, and while it’s taken us some time to plan out the release, we’re excited to finally meet that demand!

• Are Golden Spatula & TFT Mobile related games?

• • Golden Spatula, Teamfight Tactics, and Teamfight Tactics Mobile are part of what we consider the ‘TFT Franchise’. While both Golden Spatula and TFT Mobile have the same core gameplay, they are functionally separate games. Golden Spatula is published by Riot Games with support from Tencent, and is a mobile-exclusive game built primarily with the mobile audience in mind, while TFT Mobile is a mobile option for TFT PC players, with a greater focus on high-level competition. Both Golden Spatula & TFT Mobile contain unique gameplay systems, game modes, and cosmetics, and will continue to be supported in parallel with one another.

• • Additionally, because of these exclusive gameplay systems & cosmetics, there is no cross-play or cross-purchase between Golden Spatula and TFT.

• Will Golden Spatula be released in other regions?
