Mazda Cars to Appear in JDM: Japanese Drift Master Streets

Gaming Factory has just announced another renowned car brand, Mazda is set to appear in JDM: Japanese Drift Master. After signing a license with Mazda, their car models will appear on the streets and tracks of JDM. Thoroughly scanned iconic car models will add a new level of authenticity to this title.

Along with this collaboration, JDM: Rise of the Scorpion will be made available on August 8, 2024. Both JDM games will be available on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG. Check out the Mazda announcement trailer below.

JDM: Rise of the Scorpion

As mentioned, JDM: Rise of the Scorpion will be available starting from August 8, 2024 onwards. It is the upcoming unique prologue to the game JDM: Japanese Drift Master. It introduces the narrative aspect of JDM: Japanese Drift Master.

Players will discover the story of Hatori Hasashi and his way of becoming the titular ‘Scorpion’. An exemplary student and a son of a traditional Japanese family, he brings his pride and arrogance to the racetrack, where various rivals await. Compete, drift, and race on kilometers of varied roads and winding mountain trails to earn the title of the best hashiriya in the area.

With Mazda, this marks the second car brand that JDM has a collaboration with. They previously announced that they would also be bringing Subaru car models into the game.
