SEGA Drops 3rd Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Trailer

SEGA has released the third trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, which is slated for launch on June 14, 2024.

This new trailer shows off some of the new gameplay features that will be coming to Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance as well as hints of the new story content included with it.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is an enhanced re-release of Shin Megami Tensei V that offers a full-fledged RPG experience with immersive new features, including improvements to the battle system, Demon Fusion, and field exploration, that will satisfy both newcomers to the series and players who’ve already completed the original version of Shin Megami Tensei V.

The story starts with two different paths. The first, Canon of Creation, follows the original story told in Shin Megam Tensei V. The second, Canon of Vengeance, features a new storyline – a dramatic tale of revenge by the fallen. Canon of Vengeance will diverge from Canon of Creation midway, resulting in a completely different ending. Players will witness this dark supernatural tale as it unfolds into two paths.

As mentioned earlier, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, is slated for release on June 14, 2024 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows PCs via Steam.

More information about the game will be revealed over time at the game approaches its launch date, and fans in Japan will get an opportunity to try out the game at Atlus Fes happening this weekend.
