MyHolo TV CEO Kei Win Tan has announced that the Malaysian VTuber agency will officially be inactive effective from 31st May 2024.
The reason cited for the agency’s indefinite hiatus is officially attributed to restructuring the organization as they no longer have sufficient resources to continue efficiently.

According to the statement posted on Twitter/X, the restructuring process is estimated to take about a year, although it remains unknown when they will be able to resume activities.
Regarding the talents under MyHolo TV, the following actions will be taken:
- Liliana Vampaia and Lunaris Urufi will be under a new revised contract regarding the usage of the company’s intellectual property and services.
- Liola Lightbringer’s selected intellectual property such as some of her character outfits and all her social media channel ownership will be transferred to her.
- Karrot Keromi will return to the her original identity as “Karrot” upon mutual agreement for early release of partnership contract, while the IP will remain with MyHolo TV
Liola and Karrot will be graduating from agency and resume their independent activities from 1st June 2024 onwards.
Events planned and merchandise orders placed for May 2024 will continue as scheduled and will not be affected by this announcement.
MyHolo’s offical social media accounts will remain as an archive for fans of the company and talents.
