Haikyuu The Dumpster Battle, which is the first part of the movie finale of the anime, is exclusively coming to GSC Malaysia.
According to the announcement on the GSC X/Twitter, Haikyuu The Dumpster Battle will begin screening in GSC Malaysia on 16th May 2024.

Furthermore, GSC has teased that a fan screening will be available for the movie. But as of writing, no details about it have been revealed.
First announced in 2022, Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle is the first of a two-part movie finale for Haikyuu!! The story is set directly after the events of Haikyuu!! To The Top, which was the fourth season of the show.
After Karasuno High School made it through the Miyagi prefecture preliminaries for the Harutaka Volleyball Tournament and advanced to the third round by defeating Hyogo Prefecture representative Inarizaki High School, now they will face off against their next opponent – Nekoma High School.
Now the schools will finally face their first official match with the current members in a heated match on the national tournament stage.
Haikyuu is a Japanese manga series that was written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. The manga was serialized in Shueisha’s Shounen magazine Weekly Shounen Jump from February 2012 to July 2020.
The anime adaptation was produced by Production I.G, with the first season airing on MBS from April to September 2014. Since then the anime went on to have four seasons, with the fourth season being released back in 2020.
Now with Haikyuu The Dumpster Battle announced, fans of the series can now be excited to see how their beloved franchise wraps up the original story.
