Bandai Namco has announced the launch date for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles for PC and consoles.
Alongside an official statement posted on the company’s website, a new trailer for the announcement has also been released.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles will be released on 8 August 2024 on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
Based on the events from the light novel and anime adaptation, the game will let players experience story arcs from the anime and experience new tales to develop the Jura Tempest Foundation from Rimuru’s prespective
Fans can also play through two brand-new adventures, the Goblin’s Revenge Arc and Religious Nation arc, written by the series’ original author, Fuse.
The action RPG game features action-packed side-scrolling battles with combo attacks and flashy special moves. By leveling up bonds with allies like Benimaru, Shuna, Ranga and more, Rimuru will learn Special Attacks where allies join the fray with devastating effect.
Based on the trailer, a season pass for the game will eventually me available in the future, consisting of 3 DLCs and a bonus side quest collection. The first DLC is titled A Strange Fate and will feature Hinata as a playable character.
