Monster Strike Announces Collaboration with Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End

Japanese puzzle RPG mobile game Monster Strike has announced a collaboration with one of the hottest anime’s of the season, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End with lots of incoming content.

This marks the 8th collaboration for the game across its 10 years of service.

According to a post on their official website, the event will run from 6 April to 13 April 2014 and will feature characters from the manga and anime series.

During the event period, players will be able to obtain Frieren (★6, Light), Fern (★6, Wood), and Stark (★6, Fire) from the collaboration rate up banner.

In addition, a Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End booster pack will be up for sale which comes with a ★6 Water unit Himmel the Hero (Transcension) at Rank 5 & LV Extreme. The pack is only purchasable once per account.

A collaborative quest will also be added where players will face off against the fearsome demon Aura the Guillotine (★6, Dark). Repeated clears of this quest will grant increased rewards after 3 clears, 5 clears and 10 clears.

Finally, throughout the Monster Strike and Frieren collaboration period, players will be able to take on collaboration exclusive requests. Clearing these requests will rewards players with lots of in-game goodies including voice packs of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End characters including Frieren herself, Himmel and Aura.
