Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth to launch on 22 March 2018

Square Enix has just set a release date for Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, its port of the game with the same name on the PSP. Users in Japan can hope to play the game on 22 March 2018. As part of the announcement, Square Enix shared some gameplay footage:

To recap, Valkyrie Profile was made available for the PS1 in 1999. The game was ported to the PSP later on and given the name Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth for PSP. The game focuses on the reawakening of Lenneth Valkyrie, who is given the task to recruit and train fallen human warriors for the Aesir in a war against the Vanir. Along the way, Lenneth learns the of tragic stories of brave humans as well as encountering interesting players in the past that may sway her from her task as a Valkyrie.
