J-rock band King Gnu has announced their 2024 Asia Tour, with the band set for four stops across Asia.
The King Gnu Asia Tour 2024 kicks off on January 13th, 2024 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka- though after that the tour goes international with the following dates.
- Apr 6 Venue: Taipei Music Center, Taipei
- Apr 10 The Star Theatre, Singapore
- Apr 14 Jing’an Sports Center, Shanghai
- Apr 20 Olympic Hall, Seoul
Ticketing information for the concerts has not been revealed as of yet.
Titled THE GREATEST UNKNOWN, this tour will promote King Gnu’s latest album of the same name.

King Gnu’s new album, “THE GREATEST UNKNOWN” released on November 29, 2023, has been ranked No. 1 on the Billboard JAPAN Ranking and Oricon Weekly Chart in Japan, and has also won 36 awards on the Digital Album Chart. Outside of Japan, “THE GREATEST UNKNOWN” also ranked No. 1 on the “Billboard Global Japan Songs Excl. Japan” (a chart ranking Japanese songs that have been a hit around the world).
“SPECIALZ,” which is included in ” THE GREATEST UNKNOWN,” topped the charts. The announcement of the Asia tour comes just as the band’s worldwide success has been growing, with their song “SPECIALZ” (included in “THE GREATEST UNKNOWN”) topping country charts in the U.S., Brazil, the U.K., France, and South Africa.
King Gnu Asia Tour ‘THE GREATEST UNKNOWN'” will be held in Taipei, Singapore, Shanghai, and Seoul, for a total of four cities.
The band is best known in anime communities for their work being featured in Jujutsu Kaisen.
