Monster Hunter Now Boosting Zinogre, Pink Rathian, and Black Diablos Spawn for the New Year

With 2023 coming to an end, the appearance rates of Zinogre, Pink Rathian, and Black Diablos will be greatly boosted in Monster Hunter Now in a Happy Hunting New Year event.

As a celebration that lead-up to the new year, the rates of Zinogre in Hunt-a-thons will be boosted, while Pink Rathian and Black Diablos will be appearing more in Monster Hunter Now.

Event Details

Pink Rathian will be making a comeback and appearing more in forest habitats from:

• Saturday, 23 December 2023, at 9 AM until Sunday, 31 December 2023, at 12 AM.

Like any other event, the schedule will be based on your device’s local time.

Meanwhile, Black Diablos is set to appear more in the desert from:

• Monday, 1 January 2024, at 12 AM until Monday, 8 January 2024 at 12 AM.

Zinogre as the fifth monster at Hunt-a-thon Points will also be greatly boosted on:

• Saturday, 23 December 2023, from 9 AM until Monday, 8 January 2024.

Furthermore, all monsters in all habitats will reappear in shorter intervals and in higher numbers than usual between 1 PM and 6 PM every day from Saturday, 23 December 2023, until 8 January 2024.

The highlight monsters, Pink Rathian, Black Diablos, and Zinogre will be available to hunters as long as they are HR 11 or above and have defeated their based species prior in a quest.

Aside from boosted monster spawns, Niantic is also stocking up the in-game shop and Web Store with special time-limited packs that grant players various items and Hunt-a-thon Tickets upon purchase.
