Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom Announced For Apple Arcade

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom, an upcoming title for Apple Arcade.

In a new trailer, the publisher confirmed that the new Tamagotchi game would release on January 4th, 2024.

From the game’s Apple Arcade page:

Your adventure begins on a night of stargazing when a mysterious impact shakes the Tamagotchi planet creating a series of strange events all over the kingdom.

Mametchi and his friends need your help to bring back harmony! Use your party’s special abilities to overcome obstacles, find hidden treasures and come to the rescue of fellow citizens to harness the power of happiness.

Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom is an Animal Crossing-like, seeing you play as iconic characters from the original virtual pet series as you build your camp and try to restore harmony to the land.

The trailer shows classic Tamagotchi characters like Memetchi and Kuchipatchi playable, as you gather resources like wood, stone and even go fishing to build your camp.

Kuchipatchi in particular even has the ability to form a bridge, allowing other Tamagotchi to walk across gaps with the game’s store page confirming more Tamagotchi to have their own unique abilities.

Like any good Animal Crossing-like the game offers you the ability to recruit additional characters, as well as the ability to do things like customize your room or your Tamagotchi themselves.

The game’s page on Apple Arcade even confirms a total of 300 Tamagotchi characters in the game for users to recruit.

Apple Arcade is Apple’s subscription-only platform, providing users access to a variety of games without in-app transactions.
