Just not long ago, we got the news of Ghostbusters World which will launch on Android and iOS devices this year. And now, here is another location-based AR mobile game based on the Jurassic World IP – Jurassic World Alive being announced!
Jurassic World Alive allows players to interact with dinosaurs (of course, they are virtual) using both location-based and AR technology. You can expect over 100 dinosaurs at launch, which includes some exclusive dinosaurs and those that are featured in Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom films.
Different from Pokemon GO, you don’t really have to step out from your house to get the dinos as you can locate and collect their DNA samples using in-game drones. Also, you will be able to create your own dinosaurs using hybrid DNA as well as bringing them to battle in the real-time PvP arenas.
For those who are interested, pre-registration is now live and an in-game incubator will be given out to those who signed up. The game is expected to release in a few weeks, stay tuned for the updates!
