The official Fortiche Twitter account has announced a release window for the previously announced Season 2 of Arcane.
Season 2 of Arcane is scheduled to be released sometime in November 2024, 3 years after the original release of the first season.
We have also received confirmation that Hailee Steinfeld (Vi), Ella Purnell (Jinx), and Katie Leung (Caitlyn Kiramman) will be returning to reprise their respective voice roles.
Produced by Fortiche under the supervision of Riot Games, Arcane is a story set in the League of Legends mythos, and follows two of its characters, Vi and Jinx as they find themselves on opposing sides of a brewing conflict over clashing convictions and arcane technologies.
Arcane is a spin-off to League of Legends, a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed and published by Riot Games, and was created in part to celebrate the game’s tenth anniversary.
The series serves as a prequel to the events of League of Legends, and presents the origins of several characters, most notably sisters Vi and Jinx who acts as the show’s main characters.
Season 1 of Arcane is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
League of Legends is available now on PC and Mac.
