Snow White: Innocent Days is an Iron Code, Burst III, SSR Attacker class Nikke who wields the Seven Dwarves II Assault Rifle and is a Pilgrim of the legendary Goddess Squad.

Skill Breakdown
As a free welfare character, Snow White: Innocent Days’ kit is quite a surprise and can even be compared to some of the meta DPS.
She spots an impressive array of skills, and starting with a quite solid Skill 1, where her reloading downtime can be significantly reduced through the ammunition capacity boost. Not to mention that she deals pretty decent damage every 2.5 seconds as she lands 30 normal attacks.
Meanwhile, her Skill 2 has a decent AoE hitting capability that can help eliminate pesky projectiles and serve to be helpful in many stages. The attack damage increase, not to be confused with ATK boost, is quite useful on its own and helps enhance Small White’s overall damage, although the uptime is not great since it relies on her Burst activation.
On the other side, we have her Burst Skill, which is arguably the highlight of her kit. Her Burst Skill acts as a massive buff to her, granting increased ATK, unlimited ammo, and reducing the hit count needed to trigger her Skill 2.
Combining all these effects, her Burst allows her to virtually have no reload downtime, allowing for more consistent Skill 1 and Skill 2 proc. Factor in that with proper team composition, Snow White could even activate her Burst rather regularly, especially with Cooldown reduction Nikke like Dolla, Aquamarine Helm, and Liter.
Final Thoughts
For a supposedly free unit, Innocent Days Snow White is quite a huge surprise and will help any new players coming into the game because of the first-anniversary event. Her damage is even comparable to the likes of Scarlet, which speaks volumes.
The nature of her kit being all focused on enhancing Snow White allows her to easily fit into any team composition as she has no gimmick that ties her to a specific formation to work. Even for seasoned players, she can still be useful against enemies weak to Iron even if you have other powerful DPS.
Note that Small White, however, wields an Assault Rifle which can hinder her abilities especially due to the weapon’s downside of low Burst generation and weak hit rate. Her possessing 2 innate damage multiplier of ATK and attack damage also causes buffs to be diluted and may not be as effective. Of course, that does not stop Liter, Dorothy, Tia, or other supports to greatly bolster her damage potential.
Given that Small White is free, players will also eventually unlock Max Limit Breaks on her if they log in and complete event missions, enabling players to push her to higher levels. Innocent Days Snow White is undoubtedly a viable unit and she is worth building especially when it comes to clearing early content.
