Atelier Marie Plus: The Alchemist of Salburg is an upcoming game for the mobile by Koei Tecmo. The game is the very first title of the Atelier series, Atelier Marie, which will be ported onto the mobile. It was originally released in Japan back in May 1997. 20 years since it’s debut and now we will be able to re-experience the game on mobile.
For those who have not caught up yet on the Atelier Marie series, the story revolves around Marie who was known to be the student with the worst grades in Salburg Academy history. She constantly worked hard to improve herself but after countless failures, her instructor Ingrid decided to allow Marie to open her own Atelier for her alchemy practice while she continues her study. Of course it comes with a condition, Instructor Ingrid gave Marie five years to create an item using her own skills before she could graduate.

What’s more, the game is fully-voiced so players don’t have to read too much texts in Atelier Marie Plus. The game will be released in Japan first for both the iOS and Android at the price of 12,000 Yen; but no official launch dates were mentioned.
