Erismon Revealed As A Key Digimon In Digimon ReArise!

Digimon ReArise that was revealed back on 18th January, has had many fans of the Digimon series sweat their butts for the new game. While it was rumored that the game will bring back classic nostalgia from the Digimon World series, the rumors are pretty much confirmed as the development team described the game as both “an adventure story of tamers and their Digimon” and “caring and training Digimon at any time”. The game is slated to be launched this year in Japan.

As seeing that there’s already a game pretty similar to this (Digimon Linkz) that was released last year, this time the game is focused more on the friendship between Digimon and Tamers just like the animated series. With the new key visual released for Digimon ReArise, we could see all our favorite and familiar Digimons there including the new original Digimon, Erismon.

Erismon was described to be the key Digimon in the story of Digimon ReArise. Its of an electric element which one of its special attack is “Lightning Fur”, shooting lightning-elemental needle hairs. Electrifying isn’t it? Digimon ReArise will feature new characters with familiar Digimon to face “Spiral”, a mysterious power that appeared in the world. All these are thanks to Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, who previously also did all the character designs for the Digimon anime, Digimon Adventure. 

It was also announced that Digimon ReArise’s theme song will be performed by Straightener, a Japanese rock band, which will debut in March with the game’s opening movie. For more info, you can check out their official site here!
